David T. Bamford

David Bamford joined Bamford Realty, Inc. as an owner in 2004. David is licensed to practice real estate in Arizona and Colorado. He served as project manager of the Whitewing at Germann Estates property. David’s responsibilities covered numerous areas of residential real estate development including construction coordination, marketing and customer relations.
He graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology with an emphasis on professional aviation and a minor in business.
Prior to joining Bamford Realty, Inc., David began his aviation career in Chandler Gilbert Community College’s joint program with University of North Dakota’s School of Aerospace Sciences at Williams Gateway Airport. Since then, he has worked for several aviation-related companies, including Pilatus Business Aircraft, Air Wisconsin Airlines and McAir Aviation. He is an active Federal Aviation Administration Certified Flight Instructor with Instrument and Multiengine Land ratings along with an Advanced Ground Instructor certificate. He is a member and Project Pilot mentor with Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and a mission pilot for Angel Flight West, an organization that transports medical patients in need of treatment throughout the Southwest.
