Marge Rhode
Comptroller
Marge Rhode serves as the financial officer of Bamford Realty, Inc. In this role, Rhode manages cash flow, financial records and analysis reports for ten different Bamford companies. In addition she provides management support during the entitlement process, construction phase and sale of lots, assists with marketing and the MLS, and develops special projects such as the international search for an artist for the outdoor sculpture in Whitewing at Germann Estates. She also is involved in the architectural review process of the company’s various residential communities and serves as a liaison for homeowners, the Whitewing Boards and committees, potential lot purchasers, builders and vendors.
Prior to joining Bamford Realty, Rhode was a co-owner of Marge-Adonna Fine Jewelry in Chandler, Arizona, a store that featured unique jewelry pieces by individual artists and offered custom design services. Her company was the recipient of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year Award in 1997. After 17 years as the managing partner in the successful business, Rhode decided to change her career focus and joined Bamford Realty in 2001.
Rhode graduated with honors from the College of St. Teresa in Winona, Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a minor in economics. She also earned a Certificate of Diamond Grading from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California. Rhode is active with her church and the Corvette Club of Arizona.
