Whitewing 2009 Incentive Program

Based upon the revised 2009 Whitewing pricing, we are offering a total of five (5) lots on a special purchase opportunity at Whitewing at Germann Estates on a "first come, first served" basis.  The guidelines are as follows:

1. Each of the five (5) purchasers must close on their respective lot purchase as a cash transaction and such closing must occur on or before December 31, 2009; 

2. Following closing, Whitewing will rebate these amounts conditioned upon progress for the new home on your lot:

a) $30,000 at time of final approval of your house and landscape plans by the Whitewing at Germann Estates HOA

b) $30,000 at time of completion of taping and texturing of the drywall in the new home 

Payment of these rebates must be made on or before October 31, 2010, and if planning or construction has not advanced to qualify, then the right to any unpaid rebate is lost.
